Youth Sailing Day

Join us for a day on the lake!
We are looking forward to introducing sailing to not only the young at heart, but young in years.
Open to sailing wannabees or those just curious about how does the wind make that boat go.
We will have introductions to boat basics, “what is a main sheet, how do you steer” to swim test and what to do in the event of taking on water “gasp!”
Lunch and snacks will be served.
All young sailors need a guardian present. and life jackets are nice if you have them.
We will be taking to the water in Optis and other boats as needed.
Time is 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
Hopefully wind conditions will be favorable. Either way it will be fun!
